How long does development take?
A landing page is ready in 7–10 business days, a business website of up to 5 pages in 10–15, and a larger site in 15–25. An online store takes 20–30 business days for the starter package and up to 75 for the largest. The timeline starts once the client provides the content.
Are hosting and a domain included?
Yes. All packages include hosting and a standard domain for the first year. After the first year they are renewed at the provider's current price. The domain is registered in the client's name.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, on WooCommerce. Four packages — from a starter store to a platform for a large product catalog with B2B functionality and external system integrations. Each includes a cart, payments, shipping and an admin panel.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Technical support starts at 49 €/month for a business website and 89 €/month for an online store. It covers updates, backups, monitoring and small technical changes. The plans do not include new feature development.
Do you work with clients outside Sofia?
Yes. The office is in Sofia, but the work is done remotely and Digital Planet serves clients across Bulgaria. Communication happens by phone, email and online meetings.
